  15. I'm suspecting my Fastmem of not being stable. I have an A1200 with an Apollo
  16. 28 MHz 68020 + 28 MHz 68881 + 4 MB FastRAM. My computer sometimes crashes, with
  17. memory-related errors. It could be that I run some buggy software in the
  18. background, but I'm not sure.

  20. The memorytesters on Aminet report no errors, but they just put some data in
  21. the RAM, and read it back. Isn't there a more 'violent' RAM tester? I mean, a
  22. program that does EVERYTHING to the RAM that can be done? I don't know what can
  23. be done to properly test it, so I'm asking here...

  25. And BTW: Yesterday I got a crash that only (according to Guru 3.0) could occur
  26. WITHOUT a coprocessor (a 8000000B). Confusing...
